|  Mel has put his design and installation team back together, having previously created an award winning Kitchen and Bath Showroom chain in New Hampshire for 9 Years. After winning three consecutive prestigious National Awards for ‘Outstanding Kitchen & Bath Showroom” in 2000, 2001 and 2002 , the opportunity to bring a new concept in showroom design and creating an exciting new Kitchen Showroom in Manchester, New Hampshire was a dream come true for the entire team. Having a staff that is dedicated to offering “full service” kitchen and bath remodeling, providing the resources to getting the job done and working within a set budget is what Mel has brought to Kitchen Allure . Featuring a showroom with 16 fully furnished kitchen, bath and entertainment center displays, a Selection Center and extensive countertop and hardware samples, has made Kitchen Allure one of the most exciting and informative showrooms in New Hampshire.

|  Sarah has worked in the kitchen industry for more than 20 years as a buyer, trainer, and award-winning designer. She has experience in every aspect of the industry. Sarah has appeared on national television’s HGTV “Kitchen Design Show” for two of her kitchen designs of homes in Bedford, New Hampshire. Several of Sarah’s other kitchen projects have been included in “The Kitchen Tour of Bedford” annual event sponsored by New Hampshire’s Palace Theater. For this event some of the finest kitchens in Bedford open their doors to help support the Palace Theater. |

|  Dana has over 25 years in kitchens and related construction trades. He is familiar with all phases of remodeling, and brings with him a hands-on knowledge of the process. He has been featured on radio on the "Ask The Experts" program. His kitchen designs vary from traditional to innovative, and capture his clients desire for a kitchen that fits their individual lifestyle and needs. |

|  Pat is the newest addition to the Kitchen Allure design staff. Pat prides himself on being able to provide his clients with design and products that meet or exceed their expectations, while staying within budget. His kitchen projects have been featured on the Newburyport, MA Kitchen Tour, in 2003 and 2004. These kitchens were chosen for this tour based on outstanding design, period theme and function. With 9 years of design and installation experience, he is comfortable with all aspects of remodel and new construction. Pat's work focuses on function, safety and aesthetics. His reputation for attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction has resulted in years of client accolades. |

|  Bob is an example of one of the talented craftsmen who install kitchens and baths for Kitchen Allure. After earning his MBA in 1991, Bob opened his business to home remodeling. Over the years he has worked in all phases of new home construction and has an extensive background in home remodeling. He joined the NATIONAL KITCHEN AND BATH ASSOCIATION and has earned their designation as 'CERTIFIED KITCHEN AND BATH INSTALLER-(CKBI)'. He is an active member of the Northern New England Chapter of the NKBA working on installer certification. At Kitchen Allure he works closely with the design staff to make sure the installation of the clients new kitchen meets or exceeds their expectations. |

|  Erica holds an Associate Degree in Interior Design from Hesser College. She has worked in numerous aspects of the design industry throughout the years. Her main responsibility is supporting the design staff and maintaining the production and installation schedules. She displays an intense level of assured accuracy, high attention to detail, and passion for selection of product, color and accessories. In her role as Support Coordinator, Erica continues to expand her knowledge about the industry from concept to completion: her years of experience become a great foundation for the Kitchen Allure team |
